Moon & Steam is a quiet, reservation-only tea salon. We offer 90-minute seating blocks for 1–6 guests. Each reservation includes access to our curated menu of rare teas, elixirs, and artisan pairings.

Reservation Deposit & Minimum Spend
At Moon & Steam, all visits are reserved in advance to maintain a serene, intentional experience for all guests.
- $20 deposit per guest is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward your final bill.
- Each guest must meet a $20 minimum spend during their visit.
Mindful Hospitality Fee (No Tipping Required)
To ensure our tea attendants are fairly and consistently compensated, a 20% Mindful Hospitality Fee is added to all reservations. This fee allows us to operate as a no-tipping environment while maintaining exceptional service and generous hospitality. No additional gratuity is expected or accepted.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Because our space is small and demand is high, we offer the following cancellation policy:
- 72+ hours' notice: Full refund of your deposit
- 48–72 hours' notice: 50% refund
- Less than 48 hours or no-show: Deposit is non-refundable
- For groups of 5 or more, changes to party size must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
We kindly ask that you arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period will be honored before the reservation is released.
