All copy, branding, imagery, and design on this site belong to Moon & Steam and may not be reused without permission. Menu items, pricing, hours, and experiences are described in good faith and may change before and after opening.

Founder donations and patron memberships are processed securely by Stripe. Unless required by law or stated otherwise in writing, contributions support building the lounge and are non-refundable. In-venue orders are processed by Square; a 20% hospitality fee (in lieu of tipping) and applicable tax are added to your subtotal and shown before you pay.

Information about a future WeFunder equity raise and the planned "Teakens" program is provided for interest only. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, and the Teakens waitlist is not an offer of a security or financial instrument. Any future investment opportunity will be made solely through official offering materials on the applicable platform.

Please use the site lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt or misuse it. The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Moon & Steam is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site.
