When you join the Noctea Society waitlist, ask to be notified about reservations, express interest in investing or the Teakens waitlist, or contact us, we collect the details you submit — typically your name, email address, and (optionally) phone number and birthday month and day for member perks.

When you place an in-venue order and pay on your phone, we collect the items on your tab and, if you ask for a receipt, your email address. Card details are entered directly into our payment processor's secure fields and are never seen or stored by Moon & Steam.

We use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights) to understand overall traffic and performance. These do not use cross-site tracking cookies and do not build advertising profiles of you.

To respond to you, send Noctea Society and reservation updates you asked for, process donations, patron memberships, and in-venue payments, send receipts, and improve the site.

We do not sell your personal information.

We rely on trusted processors to run the site: Stripe and Square (payments), Resend (transactional and notification email), and Vercel (hosting and analytics). They process data only to provide their service to us, under their own terms and privacy policies.

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message, and you may ask us to access or delete your information by emailing hello@moonandsteam.com.

Our site and offerings are intended for adults; we do not knowingly collect information from children.
